Job Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing strategic counsel on their influencer marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Lead the development of influencer marketing plans that meet client objectives by bringing together key internal departments: Creatives, Talent Marketing, and Project Management
- Able to negotiate contracts in behalf of the agency. This involves understanding the client’s needs and finding ways to meet them while also ensuring the company’s profitability.
- Manage day-to-day activities for assigned accounts, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor progress of campaigns to ensure they remain on track and deliver desired results
- Analyze data from campaigns to identify areas of improvement and optimize performance
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, sharing insights with team members
- Participate in new business pitches and proposals, helping to secure new accounts
- Represent In Circle at external events and conferences as needed
- Bachelor's degree in related field such as marketing, communications, etc
- Minimum of 2+ years marketing experience, agency environment preferred
- Is a curious and active listener who know which questions to ask, unafraid to push back when needed, and able to defend the team’s ideas
- Has strong communication and presentation skills, and has the ability to answer possible difficult questions from clients
- You are highly dependable, collaborative, a self-starter, have high energy, positive attitude with good organization, and time management skills
- You spend reasonable amount of time on social media platforms to spot content that are shaping the trends.
- You have penchant for fresh ideas and have no tolerance for mediocrity
- You have the ability to thrive in changing environments and a passion for strengthening client-agency relationships
- Understands business principles and good practice and perceives issues in both financial and commercial terms.
