The Account Director is a senior revenue and client leader within the Growth Team responsible for driving portfolio performance, strengthening executive-level client relationships, and accelerating revenue expansion.

- Ensure financial discipline, profitability, and scale-readiness across accounts
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Ownership & Portfolio Growth
- Own revenue targets across the assigned client portfolio
- Identify and convert upsell, cross-sell, and retainer expansion opportunities
- Drive quarterly and annual account growth planning
- Proactively surface new initiatives aligned with brand calendars and market trends
- Maintain strong pipeline visibility and forecast accuracy
- Ensure account profitability through cost management and margin discipline
- Executive Client Leadership
- Serve as the senior strategic point of contact for key accounts
- Lead high-stakes pitch presentations and business reviews
- Translate campaign performance into business impact narratives
- Strengthen relationships at the CMO / Marketing Director level
- Manage escalations and protect long-term client trust
- Strategic Account Management
- Improve overall client lifetime value (CLV)
- Reduce churn risk through proactive relationship management
- Align influencer strategies with broader brand and commercial objectives
- Ensure yearly roadmaps are in place for priority brands
- Drive omnichannel and integrated influencer strategies (not one-off executions)
- Financial Management & Reporting
- Oversee revenue tracking, forecasting, and margin performance
- Review P&L per account with Growth Head
- Ensure proper CE structuring and commercial viability
- Monitor billing timelines and the financial health of accounts
- Provide monthly revenue and pipeline reporting to leadership
- Cross-Functional Leadership & Operational Alignment
- Work with the cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery
- Align internal teams on priorities, timelines, and expectations
- Improve handoff processes from pitch to execution
- Strengthen documentation, reporting, and governance standards
- Drive process optimization within the cluster for scale and operational excellence
- People Leadership & Team Development
- Coach a team of Account Managers and Executives
- Elevate the business acumen and executive communication skills of the team
- Conduct pre-call syncs, post-call debriefs, and structured feedback sessions
- Identify leadership bench strength and succession potential
- Reinforce accountability and ownership culture
- 10–12 years of experience in account management, business development, or strategic consultancy
- At least 4–5 years in a digital/social / influencer marketing agency
- Proven track record in managing high-value accounts (₱100M+ portfolios preferred)
- Strong financial and commercial acumen (P&L management experience required)
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams
- Exceptional executive presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, creator economy, and social performance metrics
- High ownership mindset with the ability to operate in a scale-stage environment
