The Insights Manager plays a critical role in transforming campaign performance data, audience intelligence, and creator ecosystem analysis into strategic direction that strengthens business outcomes.
This role sits at the core of performance intelligence — moving beyond reporting into diagnostic and prescriptive insight development.
The Insights Manager ensures that campaign learnings, platform behaviors, and creator performance patterns are translated into actionable recommendations that influence planning, optimization, and long-term client growth.
While this role may carry light people management responsibilities, it requires a high level of analytical rigor, commercial thinking, and cross-functional influence across key accounts and initiatives.
You will work closely with Strategy, Client Success, Creative, Talent, and Implementation teams to ensure decisions are grounded in clear data interpretation and forward-looking insight.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Insight Development
- Lead the development of insight-led narratives across major campaigns and key accounts.
- Translate performance data into business implications and strategic recommendations.
- Identify patterns across campaigns, creators, industries, and quarters to surface growth opportunities.
- Shift reporting outputs from descriptive (what happened) to diagnostic (why it happened) and prescriptive (what to do next).
- Business Impact & Advisory
- Act as strategic thought partner to Strategy and Client leads.
- Provide proactive growth recommendations.
- Develop category benchmarks and performance standards.
- Influence account planning through data-backed direction.
- Function Leadership
- Oversee quality of Executive and Associate outputs.
- Strengthen insight frameworks and governance.
- Improve data infrastructure and automation systems.
- Elevate overall intelligence maturity of the organization.
- Advanced Campaign Analysis & Business Reviews
- Own complex and high-tier PMRs
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) from an intelligence standpoint.
- Develop executive summaries where key learnings are surfaced upfront.
- Identify risks, inefficiencies, and optimization levers across campaign ecosystems.
- Support annual and end-of-year strategic performance reviews.
- Intelligence & Trend Leadership
- Develop POVs on platform evolution, creator landscape shifts, and audience behavioral trends.
- Build category-level benchmarks and performance standards.
- Identify emerging creator patterns and performance anomalies.
- Maintain and evolve internal intelligence repositories and frameworks.
- Data Infrastructure & Process Optimization
- Strengthen reporting frameworks and tiered PMR structures.
- Improve master data consolidation processes across brands.
- Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual reporting workload.
- Ensure governance, accuracy, and standardization across accounts.
- Client & Stakeholder Influence
- Present insights confidently in internal and client settings.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to Client Success and Strategy teams.
- Provide proactive recommendations rather than reactive analysis.
- Elevate the perception of the Insights function from reporting support to strategic driver.
- Intelligence outputs directly influencing business decisions.
- Improved campaign performance across accounts.
- Stronger executive-level reporting and narrative clarity.
- Reduced manual inefficiencies in reporting systems.
- Elevated perception of Insights as strategic driver, not support function.
Key Qualifications
- 6–9 years of experience in analytics, marketing intelligence, digital strategy, or performance planning roles.
- Strong commercial understanding of influencer marketing and
- social performance drivers.
- Advanced analytical capability (complex performance analysis, benchmarking, trend interpretation).
- Proven ability to translate data into executive-ready narratives.
- Experience leading business reviews or strategic performance presentations.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- High curiosity about digital culture, creator ecosystems, and audience evolution.
- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members preferred.
