As an Implementation Associate, you are the engine of our campaign execution. You will bridge the gap between creative strategy and technical delivery by managing influencer and maintaining our internal data ecosystem. This role requires a "data-first" mindset and the ability to stay organized in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Integrity & Management: Take full ownership of the Campaign Master Sheet. You will be responsible for populating, updating, and auditing all data points—from influencer contact info and contract status to live link tracking.
  • Insight Gathering: Monitor active campaigns to extract actionable insights. You won't just report numbers; you'll identify why certain creators or content styles are over-performing.
  • Sheet Population: Ensure all project data sheets (including talent vetting logs and product tracking) are populated with 100% accuracy in real-time.
  • Campaign Logistics: Manage the end-to-end workflow
  • Content Coordination: Review influencer drafts (videos, photos, captions) to ensure they adhere to the creative brief and legal guidelines.
  • Supervisor Support: Execute additional project-based tasks and administrative duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor to support evolving client needs.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Business Administration or related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply assuming education is related to aforementioned courses; internship experience or work experience in a marketing, advertising, or digital agency is an advantage and preferred
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Willing to work beyond official working hours (from time to time) and attend face-to-face events
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers, clients, and team members (comfortable in engaging/communicating with various personalities)
  • Basic appreciation and understanding of marketing/public relations/ advertising and social media strategies, especially social med platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and influencer landscape
  • Proficient in Google/ Microsoft Office suite (Slides, Sheets, Word etc.)
