About the Role
The Insights Associate supports the delivery of accurate, structured, and timely reporting outputs across campaigns and accounts.
This role ensures data integrity, reporting consistency, and operational excellence within the Insights function. While the Associate contributes to analysis, their primary focus is supporting data compilation, validation, and foundational performance summaries that enable higher-level insight development.
This role builds strong analytical discipline and reporting rigor while supporting the broader team in delivering quality intelligence outputs.

Key Responsibilities
- Reporting & Data Integrity
- Compile, clean, and validate campaign performance data from multiple sources that our project management team passes on to the Analytics & Insights Team
- Maintain master trackers and reporting databases across brands.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of KPIs across reports.
- Support the preparation of PMRs using established templates.
- Campaign Post-Mortems (PMRs)
- Build structured campaign reports using approved templates and frameworks.
- Highlight key performance metrics and surface basic performance observations.
- Highlight surface-level observations under guidance.
- Support tiered reporting requirements (basic to complex PMRs).
- Ensure all reports are completed within agreed timelines.
- Operational Support
- Coordinate with Implementation teams for missing or inconsistent data.
- Ensure timely turnaround of recurring reporting requirements.
- Support documentation and maintenance of internal reporting frameworks.
- Data Analysis Support
- Conduct preliminary data analysis (engagement rates, reach trends, creator performance comparisons).
- Assist in identifying performance drivers and underperformance signals.
- Prepare charts, dashboards, and visual summaries for internal and client use.
- Intelligence & Trend Monitoring Support
- Monitor platform trends, creator performance shifts, and content format changes.
- Support social listening exercises and audience behavior tracking.
- Maintain internal trend repositories and knowledge documentation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Implementation teams to clarify data inputs.
- Support Strategy and Client teams with performance data for proposals and reviews.
- Ensure reporting outputs align with campaign objectives and KPIs.
- Accurate and timely delivery of campaign reports.
- Timely delivery of recurring campaign reports.
- Clear performance summaries that support senior-level analysis.
- Strong adherence to reporting frameworks and documentation standards.
- Growing ability to translate data into structured observations
- 1–2 years experience in analytics, reporting, or digital marketing roles.
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of social media metrics and influencer marketing KPIs.
- High attention to detail and data discipline.
- Structured and process-oriented mindset
- Strong willingness to learn insight development and commercial thinking.
