The Insights Executive independently owns campaign reporting and insight development for assigned accounts, translating performance data into structured, actionable learnings.
This role moves beyond data compilation into analysis, diagnosis, and recommendation. The role requires independent thinking, structured analysis, and the ability to extract meaningful patterns that influence strategy, client decisions, and campaign optimization. The Executive is accountable for delivering insight-led PMRs and supporting business reviews with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Ownership & PMRs
- Independently lead tiered PMRs (basic to complex campaigns).
- Identify performance drivers, content effectiveness, and creator contribution.
- Diagnose underperformance and recommend optimizations.
- Develop clear executive summaries highlighting key learnings upfront.
- Translate campaign results into strategic implications for future planning.
- Analytical Development
- Conduct comparative analysis across creators, formats, and platforms.
- Identify recurring patterns across campaigns.
- Translate data into structured narratives (not just metrics).
- Business & Stakeholder Support
- Contribute insights to QBRs and business reviews.
- Support pitch development with performance benchmarks.
- Present insights in internal meetings confidently
- Partner with Strategy teams to ground creative direction in performance data.
- Support pitch development with performance benchmarks and audience insights.
- Provide proactive recommendations, not just retrospective reporting.
- Data Infrastructure & Process Improvement
- Improve reporting structures, master datasets, and automation workflows.
- Identify inefficiencies in data collection and recommend scalable solutions.
- Ensure data governance and consistency across accounts.
- Intelligence & Trend Development
- Conduct deeper audience and platform behavior analysis.
- Track creator ecosystem shifts and category-level benchmarks.
- Develop POVs on KOL performance trends and content evolution.
- Maintain and evolve internal insight frameworks and reporting standards.
Key Results Areas
- Consistently delivering insight-led PMRs that influence future planning.
- Improving campaign performance through data-backed recommendations.
- Identifying cross-account trends that shape strategic direction.
- Reduced dependency on Manager for routine analysis
Key Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in analytics, insights, digital strategy, or
- marketing intelligence roles.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing metrics and performance drivers.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas).
- Experience translating quantitative data into structured narratives.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple accounts and reporting cycles.
