The CREATIVE EXECUTIVE is a hybrid thinker who sits at the intersection of creative storytelling, social culture, and influencer-led content. You will focus on concept development, creator-driven content execution, and shape ideas that feel native to platforms like TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other emerging channels.
You’ll work closely with strategists, client success team, talent management, implementation, the creators, and production partners to make sure every idea is not just creatively strong, but also culturally relevant and built for the way creators actually create.

- Creative Ideation
- Development of big ideas, Influencer and social-first campaigns, and content frameworks for influencer marketing initiatives.
- Craft concepts that balance brand storytelling with creator authenticity and platform behavior.
- Develop campaign narratives, scripts, content templates, and
influencer-optimized guidelines.
- Influencer-First Craft & Execution
- Translate brand briefs into creator-friendly executions that maintain brand integrity while giving creators room to be themselves.
- Safeguarding the creative quality of influencer content from pre-production alignment to final output review.
- Ensure all content adheres to creative strategy, brand guidelines, content pillars, and campaign KPIs.
- Client Interface and Collaboration
- Present creative concepts and campaign ideas to clients with clarity, confidence, and strategic insight.
- Partner with CS to understand client challenges and propose creative solutions tailored to influencer ecosystems.
- Build strong client relationships by serving as a trusted advisor on social trends, creator culture, and digital creative best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Strategy, Insights, Client Success, Talent
- Management and Implementation teams to translate insights into powerful creative ideas.
- Work with implementation and creators to align on tone, casting, and stylistic direction.
- Culture, Trends & Platform Expertise
- Stay up-to-date with emerging cultural trends, social platform shifts, creator formats, and viral storytelling styles.
- Use trend knowledge to inspire teams and ensure campaigns feel fresh, modern, and native to each platform.
- Identify opportunities to innovate with new formats, technologies (AI), and content styles.
- Delivering culturally resonant ideas that creators love making and audiences love watching.
- Raising the creative bar for influencer content, making it more entertaining, strategic, and platform-native.
- Serving as a bridge between brand expectations and creator authenticity.
- Being a trusted creative partner to both clients and internal teams.
- 1-2 years of experience in advertising, digital, or social media agencies
- Strong portfolio showcasing social-first campaigns, content work, and platform-specific creativity.
- Experience developing ideas for or with influencers, creators, or talent-driven campaigns.
- Excellent copywriting or art direction background; hybrid creatives are a plus.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to sell creative work to clients is a plus and can be developed.
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging social platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and handle creative development from concept through production.
