The Associate Brand Manager will form part of the team responsible for establishing In Circle Inc. as the leading KOL/Creator marketing solutions agency in the industry.

Key stakeholders will cover direct brand clients (brand customers) and end consumers, anchored on a robust understanding of their existing and emerging needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Development and Promotion

    • Digital footprint across all relevant Platforms, off-line Marketing efforts

    • Innovation Pipeline Management (together with MD)

    • Competitive Intelligence (together with CS/TM/S&C Heads)

  • Market Research
    • Emerging Trends (together with CS/TM/S&C)

  • Innovation and Strategic Partnerships
    • Business Size of Prize (existing and new markets)

    • New Markets / Channels / Businesses

    • Key partners and suppliers (BAR)

    • AI, Live Selling, Affiliate marketing, Insights partners, Service Adjacencies

Key Results Area

  • Marketing and Client Acquisition Program (in collaboration with Client Success / Growth Department / People Operations)
    • Build and manage In Circle’s digital footprint across all relevant channels – company website, FB/IG/TT, LinkedIn, YouTube among others, in order to drive both REACH (followers) and ENGAGEMENT across these platforms.
    • Establish In Circle as the employer of choice within the industry through PR, CRM, and on-ground activations in partnership with People Operations.
  • Market and Competitor Review
    • Regular SWOT analysis of agencies, companies that directly or indirectly compete with In Circle’s existing and future businesses.
    • Work with the Strategy and Insights / Talent Marketing Teams to ensure regular reviews of market trends. Conduct primary and secondary research on industry trends, customer behavior, and emerging technologies.
    • Analyze market size, segmentation, and growth opportunities.
    • Develop data and insights driven strategies and plans to ensure competitive advantage of In Circle using market and competitor reviews
  • Product Portfolio Management / Strategic Partnerships (with MD)
    • Work with the Managing Director and other 3rd parties in identifying, validating possible new business verticals for In Circle within the creator / influencer / content space, including new tools, systems, platforms that can deliver competitive advantage for the Company. I.e. A.I.Affiliate Marketing, Live-Selling, Creator Brands, Music Marketing.
    • Establish and nurture partnerships that enhance competitive advantage in the CREATOR marketing solutions domain.
    • Scan the market for potential strategic partners (SPs) including platforms, influencers, tech providers, and agencies.
    • Collaborate with the Managing Director (MD) to assess strategic fit, value proposition, and partnership models.
    • Track performance and ROI of partnerships to ensure mutual benefit and scalability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of progressive experience in Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing ideally within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.

  • Proven track record in managing projects, ensuring timely delivery of key tasks
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams across both vertical (senior leadership) and horizontal (cross-functional) levels, as well as 3rd party stakeholders (suppliers, vendors)
